Did you recently purchase a ticket to a Salsation® Event and now you want to know what comes next?


Your Ticket

  • Your ticket is in your Salsation® Account Agenda, where you’ll find all upcoming events you’ve purchased. (If you see your ticket here then we have your name on the event list.)


For Venue Events

Ticket Verification:

Event Details:

  • Find location and check-in times in your Agenda under your ticket details.

What to Bring:

  • Wear comfy breathable clothes (your Salsation® Wear is best) and fitness shoes. Bring water, a towel, snacks, and a valid ID matching your ticket.

Check-In:

  • Arrive on time and give the name your ticket was purchased under.

 

For Online Events

Prepare Your Zoom Account:

  • Ensure your Zoom email matches your Salsation® account email. Update your Zoom email if needed.

Confirm Local Event Time:

  • Go to your Agenda, click on your ticket, and check the Sessions section for local start times.

Joining the Zoom Session:

  • Log into Zoom, then your Salsation® account.
  • Find your event in the Agenda and click the Join Zoom Session button (don’t use the direct Zoom link unless necessary).
  • Check-in starts 30 minutes before the event.
  • If using the direct Zoom link, send a private message in the meeting with your name for attendance verification.

After the Event

  • Certificates and Instructor Manuals will be added to your Agenda under the event ticket.
  • New instructors will receive a follow-up email with setup details and licensing info.

Purchase Policy

  • Tickets are non-transferable and tied to your registered account. (Name on ticket must match participant)
  • Refund requests must be sent 14+ days before the event, and credit requests 5+ days before the event.
