When you purchase tickets or register for a Salsation® event, an invoice is automatically generated and stored in your account for your records. Below, you’ll find instructions on how to locate these invoices and ensure they display the correct billing details.
Where to Find Your Purchase Invoices
All event-related invoices are stored in the "Purchases" section of your account.

Steps to Access Your Invoice:
Log in to your Salsation® account.
Navigate to "Purchases".
Locate the relevant event purchase and click to view/download the invoice.
Need a Different Company Name or Billing Details on Your Invoice?
If you require an invoice with a different company name or billing address, you must create a new billing address at checkout.
How to Add a New Billing Address:
During checkout, look for the "Billing Information" section.
Click "Add New Address" and enter the correct company name and billing details.
Select this new address before completing your purchase.
⚠ Important:
We cannot edit invoices after purchase.
If you need an invoice with updated details, you must use the correct billing information at checkout.
