How to confirm my ticket was purchased

Here is some information about how you can confirm your ticket was purchased successfully.

  • You log into your Salsation account and see the digital ticket in your profile Agenda.
  • You received the automatic email from us confirming your purchase Order#
  • You received the automatic email from us with information about your recently purchased event.


How can you tell if your transaction failed?

  • You will not see your digital ticket in your profile Agenda after purchase.
  • The ticket remains in your Shopping cart.
