How do I cancel my Troupe membership?
We’re sorry to see you go, but we understand that you need to make the best decision for yourself at this time.
Steps to Cancel Your Membership:
Log in to your Instructor Area.
Go to your Profile.
Scroll down to the Troupe Subscription section and click the Cancel button.
Select "Yes" on the pop-up confirmation screen to finalize your cancellation.
What Happens After Cancellation?
Your membership will be canceled immediately.
Your instructor license will be removed from your account within 7 days.
If you change your mind, you can resubscribe within 7 days to keep your license active.
Important Note:
If you decide to teach again in the future, you will need to:
Retake the Instructor Training at full price before subscribing again.
