**Refunds/Credits**
- To qualify for a refund, we must receive your cancellation request to support@salsationfitness.com at least 14 days before the event you’d like to cancel.
- To qualify for a credit, we must receive your cancellation request to support@salsationfitness.com at least 5 days before the event.
For cancellations made after these time frames, the ticket price would unfortunately be forfeited. Additionally, any tickets purchased within 5 days of an event are considered non-refundable.
Lastly, all tickets are non-transferable to another participant. All ticket holders must have a registered account.
