How to Update Your Subscription Payment Method

Important Note:

Salsation® does not store or hold any payment card or bank information for subscriptions. To ensure uninterrupted access, please update your payment method in PayPal before your next scheduled payment to avoid a failed payment attempt.


Where to Find Your Subscription Details

You can view your active subscription in the Troupe Membership section of your Instructor Area profile.


Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Your Payment Method in PayPal

  • Log in to Your PayPal Account

Visit www.paypal.com and sign in.

  • Navigate to Automatic Payments
  • Click the Settings (gear) icon (top right).
  • Select Payments > Manage automatic payments.
  • Locate Your Subscription
  • Find Salsation® (or the relevant merchant) in the list.
  • Click the merchant name to open details.
  • Update Payment Method
  • Click Update next to the payment method.
  • Choose an existing card/bank or Link a new card or bank and follow the prompts.
  • Confirm your changes.
  • Verify the Update
  • Double-check that the correct payment method is now listed.
